Coping with Perfectionism

When I was young I “struggled” with perfectionism a lot

My parents were called to come in at school when I was only 8 years old

Because I was really mad at myself when not having succeeded in passing a test without making any mistakes

I was only happy with the highest and best rating

Now, looking back it brought me a lot too

Of course, it is the divine balance between making use of your talent and greatest gift

Being happy as you are

Pushing the limit, perfecting, happy I would say

Not crossing it or overdo

In terms of what you say, to yourself

In terms of what you do, to achieve your goals

In terms of how you act, in life and business

Without the need to have Life or Business fully perfect

It is that imperfect word, that apparently imperfect gesture, that unintended, unplanned, unorchestrated moment that could change all for the better ❤️

It’s the divine combination of being happy who you are, fully focus on what you love, try to create it the very best, without punishing yourself, crossing limits or overdo

Life simply isn’t perfect every day, every second “that’s just the way it is” ❤️☀️
